Issue Description:

The following program crashes for me in Xcode 10.2 beta 3 (Toolchain: Swift 5.0 Snapshot 2019-02-17 (a)).

var point = (5,6) {
    didSet {
        point.1 = 10
    }
}
point.0 = 10

Yes a compiler with #23324 does not crash.
