Issue Description:

https://swift.org/getting-started/#using-the-package-manager

The "Working with Multiple Source Files" section should include instructions on how to create XCode project (e.g., "Generate XCode project by running `swift package generate-xcodeproj`") so developer can edit source files in XCode and take advantage of code completion and other features.
