Issue Description:

Testing the metatype of an @objc protocol against AnyObject.Type produces a false warning:

import Foundation

@objc protocol ObjCProto { }
print(ObjCProto.self is AnyObject.Type) // Warning: 'is' test is always true
// Prints 'false'

Hm, I think the compiler is indeed the one in the wrong here. @slavapestov?
