It happens with `_TtW0_j` input.
I've been able to reproduce it with `swift-demangle` tool.
Compiler in Xcode 10.1 does not have such issue.
As far as I managed to debug it, the issue happens in `OldDemangler.cpp:demangleAssociatedTypeCompound`, `while` loop there gets stuck with an empty `Mangled` buffer.
In `OldDemangler.cpp` at line `1425` there's a `TODO` that sounds like might be related. Identifier node there `ID` is a nullptr, so maybe the method should also return `nullptr` if it fails to extract identifier?
