Issue Description:

If you set

 UINavigationBar.appearance().isTranslucent =  false

It will cause of bug with incorrect results table positioning of the UISearchViewController.
On iOS 12.4 all is fine.

Closed, due it's not Swift bug. It's a UIKit bug.
