Issue Description:

I get a segfault with "TaskList", but not "Checklist". I can't figure out why.

Reduced this to a single file. Found another crash along the way in overload resolution that's fixed in ToT. The crash that the originator is seeing is problem SILGen'ing the constructor for that struct. With asserts on we catch this as a type mismatch in the closure argument to the initializer. regression.swift
