Issue Description:

This occurs whenever I attempt to open my current workspace. However, I am able to open the project. Please see attached file.

This issue was resolved by clearing all module caches and prepared device support.

This is still an issue, I just spent all morning with Xcode 11.4 and then 11.5 crashing on me. I was able to solve it by manually deleting everything under `~/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData`
