Issue Description:

Yesterday with Xcode 11.3 it worked fine, today I updated MacOS and Xcode to the latest version and now it doesn't work, didn't change a single thing in the code.

I see that the issue occurred with swiftlang-1103.0.32.1. We think it's likely that the bug is fixed in swift 5.3 (any publicly-available swiftlang-1200+). Could you please give that a try?
