Xcode 11.4 Swift 5.2

Issue Description:
`swift build` has no warnings or errors for Swift 5.2 yet Xcode 11.4 give me the following warning.
/Swift.RawRepresentable:2:27: 'Hashable.hashValue' is deprecated as a protocol requirement; conform type 'PersonCodingKey' to 'Hashable' by implementing 'hash(into:)' instead
A search for `hashValue` in the repo reveals nothing however.
To reproduce, clone https://github.com/rexmas/Crust/ and open Crust.xcworkspace/ in Xcode 11.4 and build (cmd+shift+U)
