Issue Description:

The following crashes the compiler:

@dynamicCallable
struct S {
  func dynamicallyCall(withArguments x: [Int]) -> Int! { nil }
}

func foo(_ x: S) {
  let i: Int = x()
}

We should teach @dynamicCallable how to deal with this.
