Issue Description:

This error occurred in an Xcode project. I do not know what caused this to happen, but I received both the "Command CompileSwift failed with a nonzero exit code" and the topic of this report, which is the "error: Segmentation fault: 11."

I solved the former error through research on stack overflow and the setting of a user defined setting in Build Settings.

However, this compiler crash remains.
