Issue Description:

protocol One {
    associatedtype MyType
}
protocol Two {
    associatedtype MyType
}
protocol Three: One, Two where MyType: Three {}

Error output:

error: Illegal instruction: 4 (in target 'App' from project 'exampleProj')

I think that functionality must be limited somehow.
