Issue Description:

In an extension on String, calling a method inherited from NSString fails unless prefixed with self:

extension String {
{{ func foo() -> CGRect {}}
{{ // reports `Cannot find 'boundingRect' in scope` if `self` removed}}
{{ return self.boundingRect(with: .zero, options: [], attributes: [:], context: nil)}}
}
