Issue Description:

In the following new test case Content is not suggested, but it is a valid option.

// RUN: %target-swift-ide-test -code-completion -source-filename %s -code-completion-token=COMPLETE

public protocol MyProto {
    typealias Content = Int
}

struct DiscoverPosterStyle: MyProto {
    func body(content: #^COMPLETE^#) -> Int {
        return content
    }
}
