Hi @shahmishal,

FYI https://www.swift.org/install/linux/#installation-via-rpm hosts an old 5.7.3-1.el7 RPM, maybe need to add a note about it being not up to date.

This is an issue that needs to be transferred to apple/swift-installer-script.
