Issue Description:

Create Debs control file

  • The Debs control file should build the toolchain from source

Package Info:

Swift is a general-purpose programming language built using
a modern approach to safety, performance, and software design
patterns.

The goal of the Swift project is to create the best available
language for uses ranging from systems programming, to mobile
and desktop apps, scaling up to cloud services. Most
importantly, Swift is designed to make writing and maintaining
correct programs easier for the developer.

Platform:

  • Ubuntu 20.04

  • Ubuntu 18.04

@shahmishal Where can I upload ( raise a PR with) the .deb package ?
Secondly are there any swift scripts I can use to test run the package?

You can create a pull request to the swift-installer-scripts repo.

I have raised a PR for the same.
Secondly should I just work on the next steps and add more commits to the same PR so we can merge the whole thing together?
