Issue Description:

typealias SomeCallback = (Foo) -> Void
func doWork(callback: @mainactor SomeCallback) { ... }

This seems to be confusing the compiler with the error:

Unknown attribute 'MainActor'

I would have expected it to be identical to

func doWork(callback: @mainactor (Foo) -> Void) { ... }
