Issue Description:

This is legal:

    protocol NavigationBarNeeder: UIView {}

This is not legal:

    @objc protocol NavigationBarNeeder: UIView {}

You have to say this instead, for the second one:

    @objc protocol NavigationBarNeeder where Self: UIView {}

But why? It's only an alternate notation, after all.
