Issue Description:

Writing code that reads OSStatus constants, e.g. noErr generates concurrency warnings when compiled in -warn-concurrency mode:

warning: reference to var 'noErr' is not concurrency-safe because it involves shared mutable state

This is incorrect as noErr is a constant.
