duplicates:

  • SR-947 Confusing error with swiftc if -o argument is directory

Issue Description:

It's convenient to be able to not explicitly name the output file for the driver, and instead have it inferred from the module name (itself often inferred, like when there's a single file).

This isn't really useful for any serious build systems, but it's nice for ad hoc things like tests.
