Issue Description:

I'm using min(_: _: ) in a collection type which has a min(by: )

let count = min(range.count, newValue.count)  /// Extra argument in call
let count = Swift.min(range.count, newValue.count)  /// This works fine
@swift-ci swift-ci transferred this issue from apple/swift-issues Apr 25, 2022
