Hi iq3 (JIRA User), this seems to have been resolved now. Can you please test with the latest toolchain and close the bug if you don't see the issue anymore? Thanks.

I looked up this problem is solved by DEVELOPMENT-SNAPSHOT-2017-03-08-a!
I am doing work that does not use Swift now, but since the core job adopts Swift, I am very saved.
If possible, could you tell me which issue solved it?

I confirmed this problem is solved.
It confirmed with DEVELOPMENT-SNAPSHOT-2017-03-08-a on Ubuntu 16.04.

Result other version.
DEVELOPMENT-SNAPSHOT-2017-02-03-a build failed
DEVELOPMENT-SNAPSHOT-2017-02-06-a build failed
DEVELOPMENT-SNAPSHOT-2017-02-09-a solved
