Issue Description:

[Foundation] NSURL doesn't implement symlink resolving and path standardizing.
Related methods are `NSURL.URLByStandardizingPath`, `NSURL.URLByResolvingSymlinksInPath`, `NSString.stringByStandardizingPath` and `NSString.stringByResolvingSymlinksInPath`. The issue affect other methods e.g. `NSString.completePathIntoString(...)`
