At the moment, the performance impact of changes is monitored during PR review, when commiters ask ci bot to run benchmarks and make a judgement call based on the results.
But there is no way (that I know of) to see history of benchmark results correlated with commit history, that would provide a holistic view of the Swift performance evolution over time.
Another minor problem is SR-4590, where any PR stat also introduce new benchmarks don’t get the correct performance review, because the results are not correctly reported in that case.
