Issue Description:

The following code will fail to compile, claiming that the expression is too complex to be solved - the same code works under Swift 3 fine.

private func _L(_ n: Int, _ t: Int = 0) -> Int {
    let result = (((n >> 1) + (t >> 1)) << 1) + (n & 1) + (t & 1)
    return result
}
