Issue Description:

Compare Xcode quick help for these declarations:

var       v:   (@escaping () -> Int) -> Void = { f in _ = f() }
typealias AA = (@escaping () -> Int) -> Void
func      f(a: (@escaping () -> Int) -> Void) {}

The @escaping is displayed only for the var case. swiftc -print-ast omits it in all cases.

Same for @autoclosure.
