Issue Description:

Syntax highlighting stops working. Reproducible in this small Xcode playground.

Very likely a compiler issue, needs investigation.

I'm not able to reproduce the issue (on 9B55). Is it just opening the playground or are there other steps necessary to trigger the issue ? Is the issue specific to this playground or all playgrounds ? When opening the playground are you seeing crash logs getting created here:

~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/SourceKitService*

?

If you see new crash logs every time you open the playground please attach one of them.
