Issue Description:

When the error is thrown, the stderr contains:

error: noManifest(baseURL: "https://github.com/vknabel/SwiftTryCatch.git", version: Optional("1.0.0"))

It should contain a better description. For example:

error: Version 1.0.0 of https://github.com/vknabel/SwiftTryCatch.git does not contain a manifest
