Issue Description:

IndexPath can some times be a critical usage point for applications and it's performance characteristics can be felt in the scrolling fluidity of table views etc. We should have benchmarks in the benchmarks suite for measuring and detecting any potential regressions for IndexPath.

Hello @phausler,

I'm trying to start contributing and find my first StarterBug to work on.

This issue seems interesting, would you say I could try it as a beginner?

I'd appreciate any pointers you could give me on how to start working on this.

I've downloaded the source and working through the getting started guide right now (https://github.com/apple/swift/blob/main/docs/HowToGuides/GettingStarted.md)
