Issue Description:

The project works with OSX but not Ubuntu.
I have tried dropping the OptionOneCollection and still saying the same error.

Reproduced with commit 3bd0151 of Doggie and swift-4.1-DEVELOPMENT-SNAPSHOT-2018-03-19-a-ubuntu16.04 (which I had lying around). Trying with something closer to master now.

…hm, there's a number of things that don't work with 4.2's standard library. I guess I'll have to build a debug 4.1 compiler instead.
