Environment

Recently tested with Mojave (beta 18A336e) and Swift 4.2 (swiftlang-1000.0.29.2 clang-1000.10.39). Was also broken before the upgrade, which was probably High Sierra with Swift 4.1.

Issue Description:

When creating a file containing the following line

let dict: [Int: Int] = [:]

and dumping its ast with swiftc file.swift -dump-ast, the output is missing a ")" somewhere (it opens more parentheses than it closes). I'm attaching a file with the output for convenience.
