Issue Description:

The 4.2 compiler crashes when conforming to a protocol which takes a value of an associated type as an `inout` parameter and the associated type is a function.

protocol P {
    associatedtype T
    func foo(t: inout T)
}
struct S: P {
    func foo(t: inout () -> Void) {}
}

Looks like it's fixed in master, but we should add this as a test case.
