Issue Description:

Code below produces this confusing error:

invalid use of '()' to call a value of non-function type '[Region.Category.Type]'

struct Region {
    enum Category {
        case Unknown
        case DarkOnLight
        case LightOnDark
    }
}

[Region.Category]()
