Issue Description:

build-script --xcode indirectly creates a bunch of disconnected Xcode projects in subdirectories of the build directory, but there's no way to open all fo them at once. It would be nice if it created a build/Xcode-Whatever/SwiftProjects.xcworkspace file which referenced each of them.
