Issue Description:

You can force it to install anyway if you right click and select "Open" from the context menu while holding control.

This is known issue, we are working with Notary services. In 10.15 beta, we are now required to notarize the package unfortunately it does not support binary with iOS/tvOS/watchOS architecture.
