Issue Description:

With this code:

someRxThing()
  .do(onSuccess: { result in
    print(result)
  })

swift-format rewrites it to:

someRxThing()
  .do(
    onSuccess: { result in
      print(result)
    })

I would have expected it to leave it the same since the extra newline and indention for a single parameter doesn't seem necessary.
