Issue Description:

The documentation for `FlattenSequence` does not disclose that the type conforms to `Collection`. The conformance applies where `Base` and `Base.Element` both conform to `Collection`.

It also appears that some of the `Collection` methods are not listed in the `FlattenSequence` documentation.
