Xcode Version 11.7 (11E801a)

Type
Issue Description:
While having a declaration similar to:
enum MyEnum { enum Type { static let title : String = "custom_title" } }
And while trying to compile, compiler generates an error as in:
Type member must not be named 'Type', since it would conflict with the 'foo.Type' expression
After applying proposed FixIt, result is a modified declaration:
enum MyEnum { enum `Type` { static let title : String = "custom_title" } }
Expected
Outcome
MyEnum.`Type`.title provides a compilation error
Type 'MyEnum.Type' has no member 'title'
