Issue Description:

This test was failing on Windows with the error:

run-partialapply-capture-generic_conformer-and-generic-to-void-8bc361.o : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol swift_deletedAsyncMethodErrorTu

#36803 should have fixed the underlying IRGen issue. #36816 will re-enable the test.
