duplicates:

  • SR-859 Add a way to exclude files, folders, and targets when used as a dependency

Issue Description:

If I use a package for only one of several modules it may include, SwiftPM should not bother building those modules that I don’t use.

In particular, it would be nice to avoid building executables in packages I depend on.

Is this possibly the same issue as SR-859?
