Issue Description:

Consider this code:

// file 1
typealias ArrayList<T> = Array<T>

// file 2
var array = ArrayList<Int>()

this results in a "Segmentation fault: 11"

As of Xcode 8 beta 5 this is still an issue.

The fix did not make it into beta 5, but should be in a later beta.
