Issue Description:

NSTask was incorrectly renamed to Task instead of Process. We decided to name NSTask Process to be more appropriate for it's usage and meaning. This should be reflected on swift-corelibs-foundation as well.

Fixing this should just be a matter of renaming Task to Process.
