Issue Description:

This works:

extension Collection {
    func foo() {
        _ = Array<Iterator.Element>()
    }
}

This doesn't:

extension Collection {
    func foo() {
        _ = [Iterator.Element]()
    }
}

ERROR at line 8, col 31: cannot call value of non-function type '[Self.Iterator.Element.Type]'
        _ = [Iterator.Element]()
            ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~^~

Not sure if its on purpose or if its a bug.
