Issue Description:

struct Foo {
    struct Bar {
    }
}

var foo1 = [Foo]() // <-- Works
var foo2: [Foo] = [] // <-- Works
var bar1: [Foo.Bar] = [] // <-- Works
var bar2 = [Foo.Bar]() // <-- error: cannot call value of non-function type '[Foo.Bar.Type]'
