Issue Description:

Any string that includes only flag emojis (the ones at http://www.unicode.org/Public/emoji/4.0/emoji-sequences.txt under category 'Emoji_Flag_Sequence'), no matter what their count is (I've tested up to 64 flags total), is reporting its character count as one via 'characters' view.
