Issue Description:

This crashes the compiler, both when using the Xcode 8.3.2 (8E2002) default toolchain and when using the latest dev snapshot (2017-05-15):

var a: [Int]?
if let af = a?.first, let a = a {} // <- Crashes compiler
if let af = a?.first, let b = a {} // <- Compiles
