Issue Description:

Here is the code snippet that reproduces the crash all the time:

func foo(_ c: @autoclosure () -> Void) {}
func bar(_ c: @autoclosure @escaping () -> Void) {
    foo(c)
}

This was fixed at some point, perhaps @xedin's autoclosure rewrite. I added a regression test recently so it won't break again.
