Issue Description:

I was modifying some code and noticed Xcode hitting problems while it was trying to build code part-way through my changes. I figured out what it was attempting to compile, and it does indeed cause a segfault in swiftc:

let a = ["b"]
let dict = Dictionary(uniqueKeysWithValues: a.enumerated())
