Issue Description:

When using `swift package generate-xcodeproj`, there's no convenient way to include a Info.plist for an Xcode target.

Thanks for filing the bug. What additional information do you want to include in your target using the Info.plist file?

generate-xcodeproj command doesn't exist anymore. Closing.
