Reproducer:

$ sourcekitd-test -req=doc-info -module Swift | grep intersection
func intersection(_ other: Self) -> Self

@benlangmuir I've tried running tools with xcrun a couple of times from the terminal but it always says it can't find the tool i.e. error: unable to find utility "swift-ide-test", not a developer tool or in PATH. I've only built tools with ninja and run them directly before. Am I missing something?

That's expected. The released toolchains in e.g. Xcode do not contain test binaries like `swift-ide-test` or `sourcekitd-test`. I'll edit my previous comment.
